I have over 20 years of personal experience in fitness and competitions, as well as over 10 years of coaching experience. Based on your starting point, I will tailor a meal plan that fits your body’s needs, your lifestyle, and your preferences, while ensuring it aligns with your goal. The meal plan will vary depending on whether you want to build muscle mass, lose fat, tone or simply improve your energy and wellbeing.

It’s difficult to achieve lasting results on your own. I continuously monitor your progress and make proactive adjustments to your plans, ensuring continual progress. During the program, I will always be readily available for support and guidance, no matter what challenges may arise along the way.

My methods have been thoroughly tested on my own body and on countless clients who has achieved great succes. I constantly stay updated on the latest research regarding nutrition, training, physiology and psychology – specifically about motivation.

My program is an online one – that way I can help you regardless of where you live in the world. If you have other activities and hobbies such as yoga, sports, pilates or anything else, you will of course be able to continue that alongside your program. I will create a setup where you can hold on to the acitivities you hold dear, while ensuring you are also doing the things most effective for achieving your goals.
